Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Each photography package includes travel up to 50 miles round trip from our base location, allowing us to serve a wide range of nearby destinations without any additional cost. We are happy to travel beyond this distance to accommodate your preferred location, whether it’s a special venue, scenic outdoor setting, or meaningful place. For locations exceeding the included travel range, a travel fee of $2.00 per additional mile will apply. This ensures we can continue to provide a seamless and high-quality experience, no matter where your session or event takes place.
Is a deposit required?
To secure your desired date and ensure availability, a non-refundable retainer equal to 30% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking. This retainer officially reserves your session or event on our calendar and allows us to begin preparing for your experience. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session or event. We strive to make the booking process smooth and straightforward, and we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
During your consultation, we will take the time to thoughtfully discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific ideas you have in mind for your session. This is an opportunity to ensure every detail is aligned with your expectations and to explore any custom requests that will help create a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs. We are happy to accommodate adjustments or enhancements that elevate your session; however, please note that any additions or services beyond the scope of your selected package may be subject to additional fees.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Gallery delivery times vary depending on the type of session or event, as well as the number of images captured. Most galleries are delivered within 10–20 days, allowing ample time for careful editing and attention to detail. An estimated delivery timeline will be discussed during your consultation and outlined in your client agreement at the time of booking, so you'll know exactly what to expect throughout the process.
