Returns

• You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at kgphotographycompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
